My (ex) bf and I just broke up, so I was wondering what college relationships are usually like? Do most ';dates'; consist of nearly-free activities like watching tv, eating, board/video games, campus-sponsored activities/clubs? Or should girls still expect to be taken out every other week or so? Like relationships outside of academia?What are college relationships supposed to be like?
From my experience, it's no different than a regular relationship except it's depend on how demanding your classes are. If you were going to medical or law school, college relationship would be an absolute minimal because it's extremely hard to juggle both study time and relationship time. But other than that, it should be a little like high school but on a more mature level.
